July 10 • Walled Off screening and discussion

Join Here4TheKids as we gather to watch and discuss the powerful film "Walled Off, the film" by Vin Arfuso" while also partnering with ART FOR AID. Through this collaboration, we aim to raise funds and awareness, shining a light on the current situation in Palestine.
Featured artworks will celebrate the rich beauty of Palestinian culture, embodying resilience and hope. All proceeds from art purchases will aid Gaza, providing crucial support to those in crisis. Join us in this vital cause, using art and community to create meaningful change.

About the film Walled Off directed by Vin Arfuso
    from Watermelon Pictures.
A secret museum in an art hotel located near the Israeli West Bank barrier sparks intrigue when it’s revealed to be a creation of controversial artist Banksy. In a collaboration with American-Palestinian model and musician Anwar Hadid, Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters, and the grandson of former South African President Nelson Mandela, Kweku Mandela, WALLED OFF journeys through the hotel with "the worst view in the world", as well as the Occupied Palestinian territories, and a lesser-known yet relevant past to highlight the importance of creative resistance as a form of protest.

    Facilitator-Organizers
April Osmanof, Danielle Espiritu & Amélie Gaulier will offer a post discussion breakout in small groups discussions.
    Snacks and light refreshments provided.
