Poetry is the only way out of here — Nouria Behloul

As an artist Nouria Behloul (born 1989 in Zurich) considers herself a poet; poetry not merely as a label for writing, it as an attitude to the wor(l)d, a tool of reflection by focusing on poetics and politics of structures that we find ourselves in. In a present surpassing limits of absurdity on a daily base, poetry is a way of making simutaneity and contradiction tangible. Behloul's interdisciplinary practice includes organizing public formats of knowledge exchange.
